First look at new street food restaurant at Birmingham Bullring.
Pop Street has opened at Birmingham Bullring boasting an array of street food dishes from around the world. The fast food eatery offers Asian, American, Greek and Mexican cuisines.
The brightly coloured Pop Street, which opened on Monday December 16, has an eclectic halal-friendly menu ranging from burgers to Greek gyros, burritos, tacos and chicken Katsu curry.
In the same spot as the former Burger King, Pop Street is popping with colour – bright pinks and blues. Customers order on screens but have a large space to eat in after collecting their food, drinks and even desserts of churros.
Pop Street says it is “inspired by pop-up culture and pop art” but is “all about real, fresh food—served fast”.
You can see some of the food in the photo gallery below and what it is like inside the new eatery.
“At Pop Street, we’ve got four killer concepts – Burro Burrito for bold burritos, King Katsu for crispy katsu curry, LuvGreek for authentic gyros, and Bulls Burgers for juicy smash burgers.
“All the street food you crave, in one spot.”
